Happened to me, you actually have to ask AJ specifically why until there is any clarification. He won't proactively let you know.

Great, so I go to all that trouble of qualifying and my bloody NAT settings won't let me get into ANY of the 3 lobbies, so I have to miss out on racing tonight (race 1 at least). **** sake!

Did you reset your router? Turn it off then on, that usually clears the NAT settings.

I sent a message saying to him "Just gonna switch my router on and off, please bear with me" Took a little longer than it should have done, granted, but by the time I was back online, they'd gone without me. So I sent another message saying thanks for waiting, and he comes back with something along the lines of "Oh but we did wait, and we tried to get you into all the other lobbies. What else could we do? How long do we have to wait?"

So 10 minutes or so is apparently too much then. Ridiculous.

We did everything possible within the regulations to get you in for Race 1, unfortunately that was unsuccessful.

We then advised you to open your NAT, and that we would try to get you in for Race 2. This was provided that you would be ready to go when invited.

Have you managed to now open your NAT as this should hopefully eliminate problems in the future.

And don't bother replying if all you're gonna say is 'you guys crack me up,' that defence mechanism is wearing pitifully thin.

Woodwiss, we had 26 people racing tonight. At one point, they were all waiting on you for more than ten minutes. You were told to go sort out your NAT settings, and that the method of doing so was on the boards. Your connection is your responsability, not ours. At the end of the day, we gave you more than enough time.

But then it's not exactly my fault if I wasn't shown exactly where this method was on the forums. Because of this, I had to do a Google search just to get one which was quick and easy. So in fairness, this isn't all my fault.

congrats to Chillz. i was a little put of from my poor qualifying time, but Race 1 in B lobby was boring on my end. Razz

so, to be bumped up to A lobby was a bit more frustrating. Turn 1 - Lap 1, someone tagged teammate Y22, and he ended up tagging me (i had a BEAUTIFUL start and shot out front going into the braking zone), damaging my engine and part of my exterior.

- What i dont get is that i get hit on the side, and my front end gets more damage %age than the side.....

- i pitted just as the feild got the green so i can repair my engine, and was roughly 1 mile behind (over 5,000 ft) and just tried my best to get fast laps to catch up. Then on lap 7 i believe, a 4 car mishap occured involving Slim, sbiggs, Crisis and Aero. thats as far as i know.

but to go from 1st going into the Turn 1 brake zone on lap 1, down to 8th, then to finish 3rd chasing down Louis was definitely more exciting

same thing happened to me in lobby C, switch...got behind everyone and had to claw back.

at the start, the AWD ferocity of his lamborghini stunned britracer to the point that he initiated some contact right off of the start with me, i had front right brake damage and lots of aero damage...and was put far back in 5th out of 6th...i managed to pass scoobymeister when he made a mistake in the last corner, and then i chased down deathsendhippy and we had an epic battle for a good number of laps, where he was just putting that ferrari exactly where he needed to put it in corners to not let me by and he would just pull on the long straight...then he made a at the last corner (sticky sand) and i managed to get by him.

now there was maybe 700-800 feet between me and SABR sinister with what 6-7 laps left? managed to chase him down, and he got scared of the TVR and he had a big moment on lap 17...i managed to pull 2nd in the lobby...

2nd race was pretty good too...nightrider and his james bond smokescreen effect viper was a bit of a problem to get by...

I made a couple of mistakes in the first lap of race 1, but managed to claw my way back through the field to take 2nd.

In race 2 I started from the back, made an excellent start and chased the M6 down to take 1st for most of the race, only to be overtaken by legend in the closing laps Sad

still very impressed with tonights racing Smile
