Thought I'd enter a subject slightly different from a motor vehicle orientation, or just funny youtube highlights. Now I do understand there's plenty who do not share the same musical taste, but there are some who do. I do see myself a a bit of a music aficionado when it comes to rock and metal but always willing to hear something new.

Ok to start off, at the moment I cannot stop listening to this song...

It seems to grow everytime I listen to it.

hard rock and Metal are my favorite genres. Early Staind, Tool, Static-X, Godsmack, Sevendust, Metallica (of course), Pantera, Slipknot Coal Chamber, Disturbed, and a few others that have slipped my mind at the moment.

i especially like Rock/metal bands covering old hits, like this one:

Coal Chamber - Shock The Monkey
and this one:

Disturbed - Land Of Confusion
...and im sure everyone knows this original..

..of course, there are way too many great covers to list. im just posting a couple.

(side note: i bought the Disturbed album that the Land of Confusion cover was on sight-unheard, as i like their stuff, i heard this song come on, and immediately recognized from listening to it from my childhood)
