I still havn't run any practice, i don't want to start practicing to find out i can't make the race tonight.

Im waiting for mother to pop round, could be anytime. I expect before 7.30 because of EastEnders etc but i really don't know.

Race 1 actually went really well at first. I started out in 2nd on B Lobby and raced with Q Bert for a few laps. Then the problems began as on the last turn, I went a bit too wide and clipped the wall, causing myself to get a bit of engine damage. I went to the pits to fix this and a few laps later, running 4th, I get spun off going up the hill. Finished 6th.

Race 2 went quite worse. At first it went really well however, as I managed to get up to first place. Things then went south as around lap 8 or 9, I lost my concentration for a half second and hit the edge of the pit lane at +130 mph, causing my car to flip end-over-end and getting all parts of car damaged to red as well as hitting JigglyMoobs. After repairing damage I went around for a few more laps before parking it outside turn 1, not being able to take it anymore.

2 good races in a lobby, was a comfortable 5th in the sprint
then in the feature actully managed to lead half a lap before getting spun at turn 2 and sliding pretty far at right angles to the track, how everyone missed me was unbelievable.
then 2 good battles, first with aero, then with chaddy and duncan, kept catching at the top of the hill so had to back off as i didnt want to wreck going down the hill.
managed to get them both on the penultimate lap when they had an off, so got 4th!
happy with that, also top Ford!

I seemed to run into everyone. Very sloppy racing by me. I didn't mean to do any of it. I will be more careful next race. Sorry if I messed up anyones cars. Good job to Q-bert in his first race!

Well i have to say that was good fun.

1st corner, i went from 5th to 2nd.




Gashi and Aero touched, i went off to avoid them dropping to the back.


Very close racing.


How we got through this i dont know.








Chillz had gone into the distance then me and Magictap broke away from the pack. Then i had this "Oh shiiii" moment....i told you i nearly rolled it.


Me going round the outside of Magictap.


Me and Magictap touched later on, i think i gave you enough room mate...


Chillz all alone up front, to win the race.


Well that took a while to post but it was a good race.

I probably screwed something up, but here is my rough calculation of points for the teams from the first day of V8 racing. Best 2 scoring members count right? I will read the rules again, and update this if that is wrong. Thanks.
