The floatyness looks like a little issue with deadzone on the wheel which race pro does suffer with a bit. It looks like there is nice representations of understeer and oversteer and in these respects it is better than forza which doesn't do those very well.

If you are looking for a forza replica or something that's like forza but better. Do not buy this game. I can pretty much assure you it will be different. Which in my opinion isn't such a bad thing.

Shift 2 is going to be great.
You can't really expect total realism on consoles, you can however, expect believability. Shift 2 should have very believable handling (more so than Forza in the front end handling area), solid online, livery creator, fantastic tracks, and plenty of customization options. Sounds good to me!

7 tracks still to reveal. Hopes fading for Algarve and San Luis in particular. Suzuka and Spa are still to be added to that list so really there's only 5 tracks unseen so far.
If we work on where the gaps are on the circuit guide page of the Shift 2 site the remaining tracks start with....
