Tuesday 22/02/11 is Meeting 4, Round 7 & 8 at Sedona starting at 20:00GMT



Race Format

Qualifying

4 Laps (1 out lap, 2 hot laps, 1 in lap)

Race 1 (Round 7)

Laps TBA (Approx 10 mins)

Standing Start

The grid will form in the order of fastest qualifying time first, where possible.

Race 2 (Round 8)

Laps TBA (Approx 30 mins)

Standing Start

The grid will form in reverse order of the race results with the 1st place person going up a lobby and last place person going down a lobby

Well looking on the bright side, at least I don't have to change up as many gears and my tyres will last longer with less wheelspin lol

How does it work for losing the penalty, does it go back to 5% again or reset back to 0%?

Well done to Duncan on winning lobby B Race 1, meaning my dismal performance in lobby A didn't drop me due to the connection issues he's been experiencing!

My god the pace of the top guys in lobby A is incredible. To put it in context I was just pleased to sort of hang on to the back at the end of the first lap and not lose sight of them until around the 4th lap!

The Feature race was a bit of a balls up after I locked up under braking for turn 1 and went head on into the barrier wrecking my aero. On only the 3rd lap.

Again, apologies to Ash for the misunderstanding during lapping, it all happened so fast and I hope I didn't hold you up too much.

Scot kept me honest in the first race, I think we were both giving it our all as we traded places a couple of times after overcooking it, particularly at turn 1.

At least I can say I've made it into lobby A at least once, and I now have an insight into what its like to be a Hispania Racing driver.
