The desicion was not taken by the FIA or SRO. Decisions regarding licencing of drivers is down to the governing body with whom that driver is regestered so in this case it was the decision of the Geman body. That was despite the strong recommendations of the Silverstone (FIA) stewards at the time. So sadly you'll have to keep your 'shame on you' for another time Wink
