Re: Pro Touring Car Championship - Season 3 - Rules and Discussion
So your basically planning on running a series that covers every single wednesday night? Can't you just have 1-2 supports incase other people want to run their own series on a Wednesday but also want to take part in this?
Re: Pro Touring Car Championship - Season 3 - Rules and Discussion
Sorry, I just read the rules...my bad
I thought you were doing alternate weeks for ages with Supports and then PTCC races. Not combined into one night.
Once I get my new wheel in October I will be up for some Race Pro. I always enjoyed it I just never really played it.

Career level G, once you get past the GT1s, which includes having to do 6 laps of Macao in a Saleen....
...otherwise known as HARD CHUFFING WORK.

Re: Pro Touring Car Championship - Season 3 - Rules and Discussion
Week 1-4: Whichever Radical is the best. and Formula BMW
Week 5-8: Minis and Formula Masters
I believe a mini-series of Formula Masters is in the offing before we start PTC season two so we can "acclimitize".
Perhaps all three street courses: Pau, Porto, and Macau (in that order) and call the miniseries "Street Masters"

That's a good idea Magic, if Nicky wants I can start up a TORA thread for it and he can advertise through that?
Re: Pro Touring Car Championship - Season 3 - Rules and Discussion
Yeah sure.
I put one up on 10-Tenths a while back and have got a few people invovled with TORA.

Re: Pro Touring Car Championship - Season 3 - Rules and Discussion
New car change rules. Me and Nick had a talk about this last night.
Now, here is the bit thats different. When you enter, you choose two cars, like this:The reason for this, is that you may change to your second choice during the season, however, you may only change car if you are positioned lower than fifth in the championship. You may only change car once. You will incur a five place grid penalty for the next race if you do. You may only change car between two events.Gamertag

Re: Pro Touring Car Championship - Season 3 - Rules and Discussion
Good call.
While my tyres were dying and I was getting caught at about 2 seconds a lap, there wasn't enough laps to make that strategy effective, and made it unfair on those who changed shoes.
