No, because that crash was more to do with the design of the underfloor of the car.
GT3 cars travelling at three quarters the speed at most which are much much heavier, produce much less downforce and do not have an aerodynamic aiding underfloor will not do that.
Think about how many times a GT3 car gets airbourne at the Nurburgring?

The two races from Slovakia Ring now up. Amazing to see all the cars come over that hump one after the other.
