MSA TORA TCC Rules & Regulations
The TORA TCC represents an evolution of our TORA Touring Car Championship and the final championship on Forza 3.
The series is open to three car teams, of which in each round the two top-scoring car's points will go towards the team's championship. All standard TORA racing rules.
A Drivers and Privaters Champonship will also be included
Rules –
PI - 450
Year - 2001 onwards
Type - Production
Engine placement - Front
Aspiration - Turbo-charged
Drive type - FWD
BHP - 250-300
Weight - 2400 - 2800
Cars must be built within these specifications in order to comply. As before, the following parts have been made mandatory/prohibited.
Mandatory Parts - Race tyres, race rollcage, rear forza wing
Prohibited Parts - front forza splitter, carbon-fibre parts
Please keep paints as per normal TORA rules no products deemed unstable to those under the age of 16 (i.e. no tobacco, alcohol and adult products)
Please use the TORA TCC Numberbox as per normal TORA rules.
Event Itinerary
Please make sure you are online on Forza Motorsport 3 and you have checked that you have no connection issues 10 minutes before the meeting is due to get under way.
You will receive a invite from your lobby host. If you do have a connection issue, please let the lobby host or chief marshal know that you cannot connect,
Qualifying -
Qualifying will consist of 4 flying laps (lap counter will be set to 6 laps)
Collisions will be forced off
Damage will be set to Cosmetic damage
There will be a 5 second roll off delay
The Grid will be set to Random
Once you complete all 4 flying laps you will meet in the first corner so that the lobby marshals can take down your qualifying time and conduct scrutineering if required.
Times will then be uploaded to the Live Timing application by the chief marshal of the meeting
Please note that only your best certified lap will be taken in qualifying. If you do not have a certified lap your best lap will count AFTER all certified times have been logged
Race –
Each Race will be set to a pre-determined number of laps which will total approximately 15 minutes of track action.
You will receive your lobby invite a short time after qualifying. Please let the lobby host or chief marshal know that you cannot connect if you are having a connection issue
Race 1
The grid will be ordered as per qualifying times.
You will race to the end of the set number of laps and confirm with the lobby host at the end of the race your finishing order.
Race 2
The grid will be ordered as per the finishing positions from Race 1 within your lobby.
You will race to the end of the set number of laps and confirm with the lobby host at the end of the race your finishing order.
Race 3
The grid will be ordered as per the reverse of the finishing positions from Race 2 within your lobby.
You will race to the end of the set number of laps and confirm with the lobby host at the end of the race your finishing order.
Damage is set to Cosmetic Damage.
All assists are forced off excpet for the Racing Line.
Once race results are confirmed results will be updated by the Chief Marshal

may i ask do we have to have number boxs? Cant we make it like the new style BTCC numbers, they look alot better...

As you can't paint on the windows in FM3 we would still like you guys to use the normal TORA numberboxes.

So it's the TCC boxes, correct? & if your in a team do the numbers after be consecutive? & what assists are banned?

It's the same as the NGTC ones, but with TCC instead of NGTC. And it's white inside, I can't remember what the NGTC one was...
