TASCAR - Round 4 - Silverstone Nat. - 3rd September
This weekend, TASCAR goes back Road Course racing at Silverstone National. September 3rd, 2011. 9pm BST (4pm EST)
Qualifying:
Similar to Sunset and Sedona. One qualifyer at a time. Standard 4 laps, 1-out lap, 2 flying laps, 1-cool down lap. Random grid order, limited Damage. When the qually lobby counts down to go, everyone line up on the tarmac exiting pit lane. Once finished with flying laps, line up as if ready to enter Pit Lane. Times will be gathered then.
Race:
Lobby set to 47 Laps. 1st lap is Grid Formation, and lap 47 is the Cool-down/Victory lap, meaning Lap2-46 is the Race. Limited Damage, and One Mandatory Pit
Cautions:
2 or more cars involved. Pace speed is 70 mph (smaller track = slower pace speeds). Same "Green-White-Checkered" rule will carry over for remainder of series. If caution is called near the end of the scheduled race distance, a shorter 9-lap lobby will follow, with grid forming up how players finished the normal distance, one pace lap, then 2 laps to claim a winner. 9 laps is for the 3 attempts, if a caution comes out after the 3rd Restart attempt, race WILL end under caution

As long as your staying with 'Roush Racing' Chad, then any #99 livery would do. I have plans to run the '98 Winston All-star livery Mark Martin ran for one race this season (the year Mark won by having Jeff Gordon run out of fuel on tthe last lap ). Not sure when though

I made that car a long time a go...
Its on my storefront.
I can update it a little bit for you? It has the aflac duck and everything on it, but Marks #99 would look better. I made it a long time ago as I say!

Re: TASCAR - Round 4 - Silverstone Nat. - 3rd September
looking @ the Aflac #99 and comparing the Exide #99 i made, the Aflac numbers are a tad more angled than the ones i made for the Exide livery. it shouldnt be too hard to modify that.

Uhh, disappointing race for me. To get beat by my inferior team mate is one thing but for him to beat me by that much was a little embarrassing, he won't let me live this down for a while. Oh well, you gotta take the good with the bad. I'll destroy him next time.
Oh and congratulations Dan, you drove a perfect race

Re: TASCAR - Round 4 - Silverstone Nat. - 3rd September
Many thanks kilroy!
I was worried by the sucession of safety cars with you lot behind! lol But hey, I haven't had this much fun for a while. Chaddy did surprisingly well in the early stages to keep up with me. But his strategy let him down when he pitted the same lap as myself. Hense why he was behind Mark, Pawley and silentalarm32 when they all made their mandatory pitstops.
Lets hope the next round is just as good.
