TORA GT - Lap Times

Sounds silly but true. Precise lines are the key. Over driving loses traction etc...

not quite Lucid. Nurburgring GP is the type of track that'll bite if you overdrive the corners, and lose alot of time. its best to be patient around there, and your times will improve.

Ok, I ran a 2:05.5xxx, is that good? And if I do that^^^ how much time do you think I could take off?

LicidMouse there are quite a few of us that are hitting the times your hitting so you will still get a good race. It wont be at the front of the pack but you will love it I am sure

For the first time since I've had the game I decided to try running the suggested line around tonight's track.

I usually plod around on my own lines but decided I'd try the suggested line and see where forza thinks I should be on the track.

After using it I find myself worrying about the line more than the actual track.

Is it really the best line to use or are there other factors at play?

Also how useful is sticking to the line on the straights?

Silverstone GP - GT - 1:56.5xx

My best at Silverstone so far is a 1:54.3

I don't think my GT24 tune for Silverstone will be competative after seeing 54's posted. Ran a 1:55.389 last night (on pace for a 55.1, but ended up powersliding through the left hander after going under the bridge)

Just scraped a 1:54.9xx in the Virage. There's still speed in the old girl before it'll be replaced (fingers crossed).

1:54.4 so far

The SLS aint very good around here, struggling in the in mid 55s.

I am losing alot of time in the corners

I would say that is about right for my pace off the leaders, but would want a 1.57

Any 1 have decent set up for the GTR?
