Championships
==========
Only Drivers Championship awarded, though teams may exist at own pleasure.

Race Meeting Format
=============
Qualifying : 1 Warm-Up, 6 Timed, 1 Slow-down
Races: 1 race each meeting, 30 minutes long, apart from Le Mans
Rollin Start
No mandatory pitstops

Damage -> Cosmetic
Banned STM and ABS, all others allowed.

All as part of this championship SelectiveRogue has kindly offered as first place in the drivers championship a copy of mass effect 3.

CARLIST
======
Cars are limited to 4 cars total. Once a chosen car has been raced, that driver must remain in that car until the halfway swap over. Half way through the series, you must change your car to another on the list, so effectively all car choices will be wiped, and you must pick again when signups open! This is for testing reasons, and hope that all understand!

What about the Panoz Abruzzi, Aston Zagato, and Maserati Granturismo MCGT4 ?

The Zagato and MC GT4 aren't included at the moment as they would require a brand new group as their straightline speed is too great.

Also they don't have the same braking and corner ability as the proper race cars, so its doubtful whether they will be in.

Built up the Mercedez and Ferrari 458, only adjusted the Aero, full max on both cars, differential and brake pressure. Around Laguna Seca in 5 laps each, Merc = 1:27:934 Ferrari = 1:28:064 I'll be doing some testing this weekend with all cars with the same set-up.

Testing was such great fun last night, especially at Road Atlanta. Fantastic four way scrap between myself, Matt, Duncan and Travis.
Judging by the test so far, I would say that the cars are very even. Obviously, I haven't tested every vehicle but it's looking very promising.

and on that note, I'm sure there will be more testing tonight.

Im working so hope there will be cars left for me to choose from!

Just a quick question as I'm waiting to build a few of these motors. Are there build requirements like "RWD only" etc or can we use any configuration?

RWD only, but don't think you could change that and remain within the PI limit anyway.

These cars are race spec cars, i.e. the Black Falcon GT3 SLS, Jaguar RSR GT2 and BMW M3 GT2 so there is no scope for changing these cars to anything other than RWD. If there is then the cars should be RWD only and built within their PI specification.
