how are you enforcing the individual min weights for each car in the lobbies?

That column can be ignored as it was used during the early stages of testing and didn't seem to matter that much really. The groups are set to the minimum minimum weight, and same story for HP.

For the most part, you'll probably find that as they are race cars, there isn't much scope for making the weight that much lower anyway
