I know I'm not slow around here, but my Jag is. Pathetically so. On a near perfect lap I managed a 1.10.011. Kinda glad I'm not going to be able to make the first race now. That's about 1 to 1.5 secs off the pace I'd expect to be running.

I was finding the 458 to be really slow cause of the handicap and it just struggled to get the power down or have any grunt coming out of the corners. The Jag is similar in terms of grip over power. It'll be better at other tracks.

I'm surprised it's so much slower than others even in the same class though, because by the numbers, it looks like it should be fine. I also added the min/max aero figures to get an idea of which cars might be best suited to low-drag or high downforce setups.

(Adjusted means "after handicap" - so Adjusted Power = the car's actual power minus 15% for GT1 and 2, and Adjusted Lateral Gs = minus 5% for GT1)

Also, for those that don't know, the higher the Lateral G figure, the faster the car can take a corner (the more Gs it can hold before breaking traction).

The "Ratio" figures are "Power to Weight" ratios in BHP per tonne (Power (bhp) divided by Weight (lbs), multiplied by 1000)

How did you obtain the Lat. G's data for the C6.R and the DBR9? Is that the adjusted value after the -5% grip handicap?

The "before handicap" figure is in the column "Lateral Gs", the adjusted for minus 5% (which only affects the two GT1 cars) is in the "Adjusted Lateral Gs" column. The figure in the "benchmark" section of the tuning menu tends to be at a particular speed. To get a true figure you need to go into the "purchase upgrades" menu, then go to put a part on the car. Just before accepting the new part you get a pop-up showing how this part will change the car's stats, and there you'll find the actual lateral G figure.

That's good data right there WWR Aero, but don't forget about torque. Plays a big role in how a car comes out of a corner. Also it seems to be that the cars that have a higher HP have a less torque and visa-versa.

I was talking with Civics the other night and it came up that the Lambo had a little more HP, but the Panoz had about 60 ft lbs or so on it.
