Fanatec CSR Fw737

I was talking in the tcc lobby on Tuesday to someone about the 737 firmware upgrade for the Fanatec CSR Wheel. He said that there was someone on this forum that had the upgrade files.

If you have these files would you be prepared to share them at all?

just download them off fanatec site and watch you tube support video took 5 min to upgrade firmware

I thought they only had the 607 version on the support site.

I have just found the 737 at http://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showthread.php?t=250119

I have just loaded this and it has the ACL feature.

Does the download you have contain this?

oh thats new 2 me try the fantec blog wouldnt trust none supported firmwares for wheels

it is written by Fanatec.

You can always go back to the official one.
The bootloader for the wheel is actuall read only so the whell cannot be 'Bricked'.

So far it has proved to be ok and the AutoClutch for Forza is brilliant.'

After using this with F1 I have found that there is a notchy feeling at the wheel center.

I dont really like this so am going to go back to 607 and just use manual without clutch on Forza.

I have got the 607 firmware from http://www.mediafire.com/file/pbpd5gf2b5opfir/FanatecFwUpdate_Vista_Win7_CSR_706.zip

Now that is back on the notch has gone from the center of the steering.
