Send them an FR and then just join their lobby. It's open so it should just be a jump in jump out one like last night. I don't think anyone was sending out lobby invites last night as people were just coming in as they please.

EDIT

As seen on the Live Stream, CMGraphix currently has his notification set to off so if your FRs aren't being accepted straight away that will be the reason. Don't worry, the lobby will be open most of the night so you'll get a chance to get in and run some laps.
