Please await lobby invites from your lobby captians who will take you through too a pre-lobby who can explain what is happening.

1) Start an hour earlier
2) Stagger the lobbys by 10 mins launch time,

Its not just the private races aswell, I try to do the forza multi-class event online and its very slow. so turn 10 have a problem.

Seems to be a Sunday/weekend problem... when more people are on the internet and XBL than any other time. Tuesday's TCC and NATCC races went off without a hitch. Wednesday and Thursday nights are open.
