Craigslist is in the UK now?
I hope people pronounce it properly. ('Cr-AY-g', not 'Cr-E-g')
Try Gumtree, I'm not sure about London, but I've never heard of anyone using Craigslist in Greater Glasgow.

Re: Wheel Issues (AKA: Curse you, Microsoft)
You think Microsoft is bad? My parents bought my brother a 'Hori' wheel for his PS3 (had official PS3/Sony licensing and everything).
Turns out the accelerator/brake is X/square... This means that a Sony/Playstation Licensed product (with Playstation branding all over the thing) is not compatible with the majority of racing titles on the PS3...
And that's before we get to the quality of components and materials used!
It's madness what these companies get away with, and yet, go online, and read user reviews, and many people have given it five stars for being ''a good alternative to the Logitech''.... WHAT?
180 degrees rotation, weak vibration, shoddy plastic shell construction, tiny and feeble pedals that slip away, suction cups that don't suck (they physically don't suck, which ironically makes them suck)... It's an absolute hindrance to use on GT5 (the one game left that still has X/square as accelerator/brake functions).
Awful, awful wheel.

Finally... I've bought a donor from Ebay, so now I have a functioning wheel Mission: Accomplished (after 6 months...)
