It would seem python like his name is a snake and has decided to be pathetic and attempt to bomb the team on his way out so this team is no more. It would be cool if yall could change his name to onr python and I would like to run by myself here in the endurance. Let me know what all needs to be done when yall get a chance.

1/ MXR Claim put in the initial entry, therefore is classed as the "Team Manager". MXR Python has no right to "commandeer" the team and kick Claim out of it.

2/ If MXR Python wishes to split from the current MXR team entry, and take ONR Flawluzz and ONR Hornet to create a new team, it must be a GT4 one for the Endurance series as GT3 entries are now closed. GT3 entries are at the time of writing, still open for the Sprint series.

3/ If a split does take place; as the Team Manager/Owner, MXR Claim has first refusal on retaining the paint design that was submitted for that team. If MXR Python decides to create his new Sprint team in the Z4, it will need a different livery than that of MXR Claim (assuming Claim remains in the Z4, and uses the original design, for the Sprint Series).

No, I'm afraid in this situation I would let it revert to the One Nation Racing guys (see point 2-3). Nice try though!

So I've been reading through these message on this team fallout, n XPR was looking for the z4 slot as per rules,

Team manager ended the team so a new entry should be filled out for that Z4. As it is supposed to released back into the pool of available cars, not "held on too."

I can understand if there was something against LMR for tryin to go "under the table" but don't penalize everyone else by not allowing other teams a legitimate chance at the car for this great series.

I don't see how that makes sense, doesn't the entry become available to anyone because Claim disbanded HIS team... And we came to claim it first..

Z4 was already claimed by the Le Mans Rennsport LAW team, therefore you can not take the Z4.

I find it quite stupid.. But in the end, if that's the way it's going to have to be I don't mind staying in the Mclaren.
