XPR Overdrive sub in for DM45 for sprint only

Is Overdrive just replacing Deathmagot45 for the one race or all the sprint races? Just want to make sure we get it right

all. He would be replacing him in enduro aswell, but the enduro season already started and I don't want to encur any penalty. Besides I had Overdrive in a GT4 car as it was, so I don't want a double wammy. Sorry I should have worded that post differently.

I have treated it as the team manager relinquishing control of the team to one of the existing drivers rather than a disband and reform. I think that having to pick a new car in a new class for Endurance is "punishment" enough for the inconvenience caused. At the end of the day neither XPR nor LMR were not expecting to be able to have a Z4 anyway, so I don't think you should start crying over not being able to have it now. The situation is messy enough as it is.

If you take a look at the far-right column on the table in the link below, the numbers show how many are available (i.e. 0 = none!)

So from that, you'll see there are only the Jag, Lotus and Aston available for privateers.

That's incorrect!! Claim made it clear that he was NOT relinquishing the car to them. He kicked python, hornet, and flawluzz leaving them on their own. He then dropped out therefore putting Claims car up for grabs. I understand if you want to avoid conflict but in all honestly we played our cards right and the car should belong to us now. If your not going to give it to us I'm not going to "cry" about it but I want it to be known that by the rules we should have that car right now. I wasn't going to chase this down at first but in my eyes, it's a too little corrupt to walk away from.

Now you are right in a sense but he dropped disbanding the team. Therefore putting hornet flawluzz and your wonderful self all on your own. I'm sure Claim will agree 100% with me.

Well this is a fun one isn't it!

1/ MXR Claim put in the initial entry, therefore is classed as the "Team Manager". MXR Python has no right to "commandeer" the team and kick Claim out of it.

2/ If MXR Python wishes to split from the current MXR team entry, and take ONR Flawluzz and ONR Hornet to create a new team, it must be a GT4 one for the Endurance series as GT3 entries are now closed. GT3 entries are at the time of writing, still open for the Sprint series.

3/ If a split does take place; as the Team Manager/Owner, MXR Claim has first refusal on retaining the paint design that was submitted for that team. If MXR Python decides to create his new Sprint team in the Z4, it will need a different livery than that of MXR Claim (assuming Claim remains in the Z4, and uses the original design, for the Sprint Series).
I'm kicking Python Hornet and Flawless from the team due to recent events and then I'm disbanding the team.
I would like them off my team for the sprint series as well. Please let me know if there's anything left that needs to be done to resolve this.

i'm not in this conversation to cause trouble, but I'm trying to make sense of this myself.

What I said was I was kicking them from the team and disbanding it, not relinquishing the car to them. Making the car available to other teams be it xpr or lmr or any of the other teams waiting for it.
