Lets say that I can make on Monday another team for the endurance or both, are they allowed to drive the 20th?

Possibly, possibly not. It depends how busy I am (i.e. I reserve the right to use discretion without "setting a precedent"). It'd be a lot easier if you just "got your act together" sooner rather than later. Everyone has had since the end of November after all!

I am asking it for the fairness to existing teams who has to get the paint before Sunday.
Also it is a rule that you can bend.....

I am not asking it to get a new team in, also because I cant find anyone 1 anymore for a Coca cola regular SLS team.....

As I said, I will use discretion, but when I've done that on race nights; letting someone in after the deadline because I can and it doesn't disrupt what's going on at that moment, and then not, for someone else another time because it would be disruptive at that moment, I've had the sh1t verbally kicked out of me. Yet, if I'm "inflexible", I get the same grief for not letting someone in when it would cause no disruption to do so.

I'm verging on saying "tough luck" but there's always someone who whines so loud it's hard not to say "OK" just to shut them up and get back to more important things!
