CD195 have updated your entry and removed spaces!

CQR Aero wrote:Probably again that whoever put the entry up put a space in your gamertag or something and therefore the formula missed you. Some consistancy would be lovely, but it'll never happen.
that would be nice thank you

World Championship is combination of all points even if a driver isn't racing endurance. In theory someone could score 400 points on one race weekend in the sprint series if they won both races in lobby A. (Onr flawluz did that today) With each round of the endurance counting for 200 points only, in theory a person not partaking in the Endurance series could have more points then a person partaking in both series due to them scoring so high in the sprint races. Hope that helps clarify things a little.
Not really since drivers that aren't racing in the endurance races wouldn't be scored in the world championship, the world is for us that are competing in both. So if a driver is only racing in sprint then he should be in the sprint points only.
Now if those said drivers due compete in the endurance series then ok, but as of now those guys aren't in the endurance line up. Thus should not be in contention for world standings until they atleast complete one endurance race...
That's how I understood the rules.

Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
Thats a good point, technically sprint or enduro only runners arnt competing in the worlds.
Hmm
Hmm
Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
Well I am showing in the world standings and I aint entered in the endro one, I thought all was in the world but there was an endro and sprint one for the single championships
Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
no i believe you had to enter enduro and sprint to qualify for the world championship , i could be wrong.
Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
Points for tonight's race updated. As always, please error check for me!
You're right about the world series being both, however it's late and I'm too tired to change it now. Personally not so sure it needs changing anyway, as anyone in only one series will not outscore someone in both.

Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
Argh! Just realised I spent so long worrying about whether peoples' points were counted I forgot to adjust the lobby times.
Points are provisional until I get that sorted. Will post when done.

Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
Really sad that I noticed this... but AMR Works drivers (currently) 1st, 11th, 21st and 31st.. wtf am I going on
Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
Thank you Aero and all the staff n marshalls for a great night.
I would say that a good sprint only guy could easily beat an average world entrant.
No rush but it should be sorted when all the othes thousands of tasks are done

Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
OK all sorted. Good job too, there were some significant movers through the lobbies. Biggest "gainer" in my book is FranchittiFan, who gets the extra lap in, and moves up to 5th place! Well done Chad!!!
Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
Think thats wrong Chris, I should be 5th and my score for this round is wrong on the championship table. Got 173 but got 168 on the leaderboard.

Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
Live Timing hadn't been updated with the adjusted times (sorry - did the changes on the meeting tab of the results & standings), LT now matches.
B Lobby started 20 secs behind A lobby (our starting grid was particularly out of order so took a while to get sorted), so gained 16 secs back on their finish times to get to the 4 second staggered start time. That allowed Chad to get the extra lap in (the only person in the whole field who was close enough to getting another lap in to be affected). After adding on the time for a lap (based on qually), that put him 1 sec ahead of you.

Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
But I crossed the line at the penultimate lap at 15.17 so I was in front whereas Chaddy would have crossed it at (with 16 secs added on) at 15.13.

He crossed at 1:45:03. Take off 0:00:16 gives 1:44:47. Add 0:01:59 gives 1:46:46.
I've got you showing as 1:46:47 (15:13 on the race timer) according to Mark.

Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
The sums are wrong because no one is doing them kind of times on the last lap with extremely worn tyres so in effect I get punished for going further.

Re: MSA TORA GT World Championship - Results & Standings
If you know a better way of working it out I'm all ears, but this is the way it's always been calculated, and quite possibly next time (if not already in a previous race) it will end up benefitting you in the same way. I know it's convoluted, but until we get 100 player lobbies, we do the best we can with the tools we have.

I've checked the results sheet, Hainsey declared 155 miles and race time of 13:13 (15:13 would be before the race has even finished lol), so 1:46.47 is correct (15:00 - 13:13 is 1m47 to add on to the 1h45, so 1:46.47)
