as many Zolder 24hr wins Goosens has, he's not nearly as quick as Dalziel or Farnbacher

ryan dalziel is properly quick.

What a race. I thought the GT class couldn't get better, glad I was wrong. The Viper was the most impressive, still relatively new car yet showed amazing pace. BMW did great as well, though I don't give them the same credit as the Viper guys. Even the Fallen guys showed improvement. Corvette wins and Ferrari doesn't, can't ask for more. Looking forward to the final ALMS season even more now.

I'm ashamed to say it, but this is the first Sebring I haven't watched in years. Work gets in the way, and when it came to it, I reserved my energy for the F1.

I'll be watching the highlights though!

GT class was the shizzle Ryan Dalziel proving he can drive anything fast , im no viper fan but its looking really good for le mans so i cant wait for the vette viper battles.

P1 was pretty interesting in the petrol class plagued by penalties still proving that they cant compete with the diesel/hybrid cars .

Audi showing that the 2013 spec car is infact 99% the same as the 2012 version unless they are hiding something (i hope so).

Re:Audi may, in fact be largely the same but that thing is pretty much indestructible. I still don't think toyota is capable of running 24 hours without major reliability issues. As the rest of the LMP1 field is woefully over matched, I have Audi in a walk in June... The WEC on the other hand...

Race was great, but after I lost the stream I wasn't really concentrating and then I fell asleep :/

I'm happy the Vette won, especially after it having so many issues that should have put the car multiple laps down in the end, yet they managed to get back on the lead lap and then take the lead later on. GTE was amazing, I was cheering on both the new Viper and the brand new BMW. Seeing new cars coming through and properly fighting was great to see. Glad these cars will remain for 2014.

Interesting to hear about the Audi engine going into a DP chassis. They do run R8s in the GT class of GrandAm, they may put their focus there at first.

Im just gutted that the poor aston had a problem early on after damage that wasn't their fault running quicker times than the whole GT field

All the Vette drivers are pretty damn quick.

Not talking down on the Viper, but the Vette has been one of the quickest cars for a while. Preferred their livery from last year though...this year's is a tad boring.

Regardless, can't wait to see Vette lead another killer season like last year!

Also hope to see SRT get themselves some well deserved podiums. Pretty impressed that they had the fastest lap for this race.

It got intimated at Daytona but nothing more.
The USA seems to be a big market for Audi hence the R8 involvement now. If they wanted to increase market exposure then a DP would be the next progression I guess but it's whether the series would want a 'works' team in there.
I suppose wih the likes of Pratt & Miller, RLL etc in ALMS they may not have a choice next year anyway

Well done to the Falken Tyre Porsche team last night great result for them, also well done to STR Motorsports, nice to see a viper leading for a bit

like I was saying to someone else, I expected them to be middle of the pack in terms of pace, so when they led over half the race, it took me by surprise!

Yeah, it surprised me at Petit Le Mans last year.

SRT had the 2nd fastest lap. That honor goes to Darren Turner in the Aston Martin, the only man to go sub 2:00 in the race for GT.
