TORA 24 Hours of Le Mans - General Discussion

Senna's crash was the end of my constant viewing. Nothing could top it and I laughed my ass off.

Does anyone know when the livestream from lobby A stints 6 and 10 will be available to watch. Can't find them on twitch. The one on twitch that says stint 10 isn't stint 10

dont believe stint 6 had a stream, and stint 10 is actually stint 9. I had to throw in the towel in stint 10 and park the car

Also congrats to everyone that took part and especially the class winners. Also good work to everyone I raced with in A lobby, the LMP drivers were calling out their moves with plenty of notice so thanks to you guys.

Hopefully CQR will have better luck next time.........

The Gulf car was strong in the first 8 hours, and from then on was plagued with bad luck and slowly fell down the order after leading for a few hours. The icing on the cake came in stint 9, but there's no point in starting a fight over it. No hard feelings on my side Motorhead.

While the MPD car got off to a slow start, it seemed to come alive during the night and from what I've heard took 3rd. An excellent drive by the very successful Formula Forza R1!

Would like to thank the TORA staff for putting on such an amazing event. It wouldn't be the same if anybody else tried it. Also, a big thanks to CQR Aero for the time and effort he put in to the Spotters Guide. Really a brilliant job with them buddy.

The racing was great in A lobby as well, GT cars were good about sticking to their line and P1's we patient.

Though the Gulf car could have done better, I can say without a doubt that this has been the most fun I have had on forza. Especially my hour long battle with The Bulin Wall5 weaving thru traffic in the Porsche curves, great fun that will hopefully continue in ISCC!

Congrats to F4H for their overall victory! It was well diserved, you guys drove a great race. I don't know who won GTE yet but congrats to them as well! You beat the best!

Oh right, I thought someone jumped in after we started the stints and started streaming. I could be wrong, I was a bit tired so probably just imagining stuff, lol.

Insanity might have had an onboard stream for his stints. Im not sure what he had done

When will the results page of the Le Mans section of the forum be published? If it has already been done can someone let me have a link to it?

Still a bit p***ed, 220, 221 and 221 in my stints and we still got no where due to lag out and other things.......hey ho, onto the next one !!

Well done to everyone else, great racing in lobby B, Wamba and I had a great battle in the first stint and just good clean racing from everyone else !! As always in these events  

Nick, when I saw that big "0" in the stint, I was gutted for you guys, as I thought that you had a team to contend.

Oh well, on to the next one, right?

Congratulations to all Le Mans class winner and overall winners, a lot went into this weekend and the results for all of us, even though some were not what teams wanted were worth it. Thank you to the entire TORA EC staff that put all their time and effort into putting this event on for us. I had a great time racing and watching with everyone. Can't wait to do it again in the next endurance event.

Really fun race, definitely a lot of fun. Thank you TORA TEC staff for the event, can't wait for the next one, hopefully no lag outs and no missed stints from teammates!

Great fun guys, first race with tora, first 24, and might land on the podium. As for lag, i didnt see a stitch of it, and my last stint was with all brits. Guess its like real life, the team that is able to surrender the least amount of details from their control, wins.

What a 24 hours, gutted for Mopar, Trash and Plow. You guys were flawless throughout until i went to bed.

I had 2 bad stints, lag bombed into a stationary Darthmario, then my controller turned itself off and on in the braking zone for Michelin chicane which made me run almost 80 minutes with 100% aero damage. Kept on going because i didn't want to let Takumi and Texas down (who drove superbly).

Gutted for CQR's Aston as well, they were very quick throughout. Big mention to f4h's Jag and Stuttgart for some good racing.

Special mention to Diablo for keeping me alive during stint 6 with the lil noises while lapping GT cars lol.

Well done to everyone and big up those who had problems but still pushed on because anything could happen.

Who do I talk to about stint result, we seem to be missing 100 miles in stint 5... Wennaj lagged out with 182 miles completed NOT 82 miles....

Just wanted to say thanks TORA for the most incredible race we have ever been privileged enough to be a part of. It started out horrible for us but through the night we were able to get our speed together and thankfully not lag out so it worked out and I believe we ended behind the F4H car on the podium which is fine with us. A lot of respect for Hamilton, Bullet and Bandicoot. They deserve the W. Great race guys!!!

Well done on 3rd Midnight... The CRA team 2 R18 pipped you to 2nd (With some debatable tactics from what I've heard)

You guys didn't have much luck at the start, But ran a brilliant race in B-Lobby.

lost 20 places in stint 2 due to the lag out.

most places lost by anyone in any stint...

 

if we had completed all of our stints, our calculations would have placed us 20th over all !

If everyone completed their stints the final standings would of been completely different to be fair...

When hes right hes right, i will say that if my team had been quicker and more consistent than the guys in first, we couldve won.

Anyway, am I not looking in the right place, I havent seen ANY results yet.

We hat a bad quallie and a racer dropping out , no need to cuz any fuzz that we used some shabby tactic placing us in last lobby where we supposed to be having more clear space to race r blabla, we hat the same race as everyone else , we hat lag problems and crashes but we just kept going, I have my team mate adder to thank for the many stints he took to make the team have a fighting chance, we aimed at lobby c but found ourselves in the last lobby, we hat some amazing duels and competition to face and we weren't given the overall positions without fighting for it. So please don't discredit the race in any way and just enjoy the fact the tora team made this all possible. We enjoy the fact that we as a relative new team managed to take 2nd overall in the lmp class, don't take that from us in any way. I congratulate f4h on their win and again I have enjoyed my first endurance here on tora and I'm hoping to continue for more fun and competitive racing. Lets just say we are trying to be a force to reckon with
