I've been really enjoying BF4 recently, Ian and I have pretty much been playing China Rising and Second Assault maps exclusively and the gameplay is great. Loving the carbines now, although only the first one I have decent stability with. Just unlock the G36?? and starting to level that up. Been getting so many kills recently, it's been a good change.

Also finally learned how to fly the helicopters pretty damn well.

You could do that in BF3 Razz

I'm trying to smash through assignments, so been using the UMP-45 a lot. Some are so damn hard. I'm useless with a Sniper so the Recon expert is going to be near impossible for me.

I've given up with Helis, I was decent on BF3, but the 500 lock-on warnings I get soon as I lift off just piss me off.

I really like the G36C but it was much better in BF3. Attack Helicopters need a tweak I think, the scout heli is better atm.

Oh dear.

"Additionally, we have decided to delay the Xbox One version of Naval Strike because we want to address issues in the animation system that hinder players from engaging targets in set circumstances using popular weapon configurations. We are trying to resolve these problems as quickly as possible and hope to release the update in early April for Xbox One and PC. We also want to remind Xbox One and PC owners of Battlefield 4 Premium that they will have two weeks early access for Naval Strike once it’s released. Thanks for your continued patience and passion for our games."

Whilst I'm not that bothered, as I'm willing to wait. But predictably the forums have blown up with angry gamers threatening law suits & legal action against DICE & EA. Seriously, how aggressive & demanding are the gaming community becoming?

It's just a mild inconvenience. Whenever a DLC is released, a lot of people are on the forum expecting it to release at midnight, despite it only being released when MS update the store. It's just incredible how upset people become because a DLC, only a small expansion of the full game, has been delayed for a week or so. It's embarrassing really.

Wasn't EA voted worst company in America?

Naval Strike is now available for Premium members, although DICE & EA made no announcement of this, just one guy who randomly checked the store tonight & posted a thread over at Battlelog (I actually checked the store this afternoon & it wasn't there)

After such a rough launch, you'd think they'd try make sure the rest of the DLC is launched flawlessly, apparently not. I lay the blame at EA, not DICE though. EA just want to push it out as soon as possible.

Edit: The game rubberbanding and general server lag is making it impossible to enjoy a decent game, whilst I have enjoyed a few good battles, the majority have been disrupted by lag. In high activity areas with lots of explosions & warfare, the frame rates dropped right down to probably about 15-20fps, and only resumed to 60 once the battle died down. I'll have to see what it's like tomorrow or on Monday.

So LAV side guns...quite powerful it turns out.

Jammed my LAV into the underground system and got a 30 kill streak to help my team arm the objective. Crazy how underestimated the LAV is sometimes.
