GREAT Racing tonight guys!

The EPIC Race 2 3-way battle for 4th was SOOO intense and some of the best racing I've had at TORA.

Well done for running the night so well and for everyone keeping things relatively clean!

Thanks for the racing last night chaps - was thoroughly enjoyable!!

I hadn't done nearly enough practice but was delighted to hit a 1:09.179 in warm-up. Typically, I was slightly off pace in quali only managing a 1:09.308 and was worried when Mourne pipped me for pole.

Thankfully, I got a decent start and managed to sneak the lead in to the 1st corner. The quick battle between Mourne and Wingnut was enough for me to pull enough of a gap to prevent Mourne using my draft and I could steadily increase my lead - the only annoying part ending with a quickest lap of 1:09.033

The second race was pretty much a repeat of the first race - although this time I struggled setting decent laptimes..........until I hit a 1:08.989 (?) on the last lap

An excellent start to the season - just hope we can see a rise in numbers as the racing is great.

P.S. The impromptu Mini race afterwards was

was great racing last night made abad move on first lap thinking i could take mourne and lost 2 places then quickly made an epic overtaking move on groves on the first bend on the outside then began the hunt of bli33ard which proved easier than i thought (you must remember to change gear down the straight lol) then tried tried to hunt back down mourne but running so close times third will do
second race was a tussle with me and mourne and yes as we tussled that gave jono the chance to get a comfortable lead (guess what im letting his tires down start of next race lol) few mistakes here and there so just kept third for the second time

A la lobby numbers discussion, as soon as the numbers hit over 16 (which here's hoping!), I'll split the lobbies in equal numbers. Also note that points only go down to 20th, so there'll be scraps down the field

Quick question... is the lobby set to Force Stock Upgrades & Tuning? Only reason I ask is it says in the car build you can adjust tyre pressures, but if it's set to Force Stock Upgrades & Tuning that overrides any tuning and forces everyone to the stock tyre pressures anyway, so more even for everyone.

yes forced to stock tuning and upgrades so no point changing tyre pressure and personally it dont make that much difference

Had a great nights racing, great battle with MJG in Race 1.

Sadly the HUGE shunt from JamesHall94 put an end to a good result in race 2 but I will say, BG Wingnut, you are THE luckiest Clio driver tonight, I missed you by millimetres!

despite my firstlap spin into last (lobby b), race 2 was one of my best ever! brilliant racing !
