With Forza Horizon actually having places to race them, I see no need for Rally Cars, as well as Hummers, Raptors and the rest of the SUVs in Forza Motorsports 5. Clearing out the off road and dirt vehicles makes room for much more relevant cars to what Forza Motorsports does have to offer:

Updated DTM inc BMW
Updated NASCAR Stock Cars
BTCC
Toyota Hybrid Prototype
Daytona Prototype
Delta Wing (gotta appeal to people of both genders and all orientations)

Proper Mini fo' sho'! Although I would go for the last (early 00s I believe) model with the awesome flared wheel arches and I want a Bowler Wildcat really, really badly.

Oh, and maybe don't leave out a Manufacturer like Porsche and then add them in afterwards as DLC :L Why not include them in the first place..
