GT5 is on the left Nick!! There's one long black wide line on top of a flat featureless dark grey surface. Hmmm, I'm obviously not seeing what you are.

id say shift 2 sounds, better looks more like a racing game and looks like the car is on the edge driving it!

it feel like that too Chaddy. Just really hoping they can patch it so all can really enjoy it

My only concern is this: Why do the photos look so dark?

Awesome pic Chris of the roll. The damage in the game is awesome. I saved it and uploaded it to my flickr page. It cleaned it up and compressed it a little better, flickr is awesome if you've never used it. The pic is now my background. I do have a question about photo posting. On our forums if you size an image to normal size (640x360) it cuts off a lot of the right side of the photo. Any fix for that other than making the pics even smaller???

I was playing Shift 1 again today and found a car that I could drive around the track properly and have some good fun racing. I think it all depends on what car you have and how it handles. I also can't play this game in any otehr mode except cockpit view. Really looking forward to Shift 2 now.

Had a go in the NFS Mazda RX8 with Shane earlier and it was scary stupid to drive!!! Jumped back in my DBRS9 and all was well with the world. You can certainly see that the cars are designed to handle differently. Very good, if pant browningly scary at times.

We have to remember driving these cars isn't meant to be easy. It's meant to feel on the edge, it's meant to feel like any second the car will step out and 'hello wall'!
We sit on the fine line between slow and contained and wild and out of control. How we walk that line defnes our skill. I think this game highlights this better than many console racers out there.

Forza kinda makes you want to chill and have a cup of tea while going through Scheuden Kreuz at 180mph.

It depends on your monitor's resolution. The monitor I am on just now displays all the pictures fine and I can see all of them. There is a monitor upstairs that is low resolution, I think it must be 800x600, and I can't see the right hand side of pictures but it adjusts the forum layout so I can see al the test. If you bump up your resolution if possible you should be able to see all of the pictures.

I use flickr for my Forza shots and it improves them ten fold, it's brilliant.

for me, pics above 800x600, the right side starts to cut off, and yet i got a 20" widescreen monitor (set to 1600x900). viewing this site on my android phone, the 800x600 pics are nearly chopped in half.

Loving the damage model in the game, had a huge off at the fast corner of the Nurburgring GP track before you come up to the chicane, which annihalated my Audi.

had an epiphany with magic and bobcat today.

did that with my Porsche at the same spot scot, and it was the first time it had happened to me, i was on onboard cam and thought i was actually in the car at the time seeing how i was using my wheel and caught myself holding on for dear life thinking i was actually going over.
