Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
The 1st placed driver on the grid (when the cars load up) ends up having a longer pitstop for some reason.

Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
I have two solutions that *could* resolve this:
A: (Simple) Don't force a pitstop for this round or;
B: (Alternative) Have a safety car to start Race 1 and back out, then Race 2 when set for Reverse-Grid the Safety car will load on pole... but won't be racing, quits out after the parade lap.

A, we did this during season 8 GT
Go for that then? I dont see the issues at all.

Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
Anyone willing to help tune the Porsche?
Love driving it, But have no idea how to get the best out of the car in terms of tuning, So would appreciate the help.
I'm using the #17 in game as opposed to the #45.

Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
Due to commitments to VM Pirtek GT, I can be a hired gun or third driver. I won't make all the races and I prefer driving the Vette, Ferrari, Ford or Jag

Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
Just pointing out that it's quite unfortunate that I'll have to give up on the GP Classics series do to the start of this series sharing the same dates/times. However, this is obviously the more popular series, and it's more important to me to attend these races. Just unfortunate that's all

Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
Does anyone want to take some time and teach me how to tune to my driving style and how much adjustment is needed to make a noticeable difference in a cars handling.
I cant tune worth crap and im 5 seconds off Deftones pace in the same car and I really don't feel like running in the bottom lobby in the 4 rounds im going to run.

Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
It would be more beneficial for you to recieve driving advice, rather than tuning help. Something to consider
Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
Sometimes you got to adapt your driving style around the cars your driving, I did for the Porsche/ Aston which definitely are not easy to drive.

Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
I found my driving style really suits the 458 but doesn't suit the jag at all, but I can drive the Porsche quick at certain places but not others. Mad dog has helped me out alot in the Ferrari and sure he will keep on doing!

Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
I found a handle on that 911 for Sebring, at least one that worked well enough. You're not going to get the front and back to completely agree, though, so if you're trying to get the thing on rails it's not happening.

Re: USGT Championship - General Discussion
I think we need some clarification on the pitlane exit at Sunset. I discovered to my surprise that if you stay to the right of the white line it spits you out over the kerb at turn two. What would be classed as a 'safe' exit?
p.s.: will there be any TORA youtube coverage of USGT?

There will be a description of the Pit procedure included in each Sign-in Thread, giving drivers 7 days to Register to participate that round and make sure they know how to Pit safely and cleanly.

On the topic of track areas - is it legal to use the apron on the last corner and hug the yellow line, or is this illegal despite it being certified on the game?
