Qualifying and the Qualifying Duels are complete. Now, for those that posted "IN" or "Maybe" using the Entry Form above the Live Timing window in the OP, you guys get first dibs at the next available grid spots. Any who had NOT posted using the Entry Form and still want to race in the Sunset 250, you will line up behind them.

As for the Grid, so long as we have someone to Stream the Top Lobby, there will be a MAX of 14 drivers in Lobby A. But, I will try to keep the numbers in each lobby Even.

Also, i should note: if you see on the Live Timing window, the red underlined square is where the current Lobby Split window is. This will change as people post IN or pm me wanting to race (that have registered).

Deadline to Contact Me or post IN for the Race Next Saturday will be Friday, May 9th, at 8pm EDT (1am BST). Any notifications afterwards will be declined!

How to win the pole for Sunset:

Step 1: Get in the lobby
Step 2: Wedge the accelerator down with a Video case.
Step 3: Don't run wide or you'll be in the crowd.

Pretty proud of my qually considering I suck at oval racing but was good fun for the first half with Barbie and corey I enjoyed it.

My favorite track and can't make the race! Stuck in sunny Boca Raton with the palm trees swaying..... Won't be leaving here until next Friday, 658 mile drive back home to Pensacola. Good luck next Saturday guys, I guess I'll watch the replays when they become available. Get 'em Mark!

Yeah apologies for that I kind started to fall asleep which is why I dropped back so much plus I got a bit of damage by Corey so yeah I was struggling a bit. hopefully in the race we are close again.

I have to miss as I wont be home tomorrow night.  Good luck to all the drivers in the field, heres to another great season.

Trying to put together a small season preview and qualifying review but the Live Timing is confusing the **** out of me. I just want to check I have understood it properly.

I can see that the 'Qually' times are in order of A1, B1, A2, B2, A3, B3 etc.
A1 (#1) and B1 (#2) then 'lock out' the front row?

Were there then 2 qualifying races?
Qualifying Race A for A2, A3 etc. and Qualifying Race B for B2, B3 etc. ?

The 'Race Grid' is then set in order of alternate finishers from Qualifying Race A and Qualifying Race B?

If I got all that right can I have a gold medal?

Yes I believe you got it. Sorry even tho you deserve it no  Gold Medal have Lollipop instead. (you have to supply the Lollipop).

Right. Here's how Qualifying for Round 1 (very similar to Daytona 500 qualifying works, cowboy:

Part 1:
- everyone runs their 2 flying laps. The top 2 get locked into P1 and P2 respectively.

Part 2:
- Two Qualifying Duels. First race, everyone who qualified in an odd numbered position races and that result determines where they start on the Left side of the grid. The driver locked into P1, as stated before, starts 1st regardless of his finish in this race. Second Race is much the same except it's for the even positioned qualifiers. That race determines the Right side of the grid, and the driver who qualified in P2 starts 2nd regardless of his finish.
