Must be hard to take for Toyota, apparently and ACO/FIA scrutineering box (ie telemetry shizzle) was what caused the wiring loom to melt.

They'd called Nakajima into to pits as they saw the issue unfolding and reckoned it would have taken less than 3 minutes to replace. What a kick in the teeth.

^ Not the first time something like that has happened. I remember Robby Gordon's car having an electrical fire: caused by an in car camera.
