Race week is almost half done, quali is underway and the miles have been racked up in testing. The fight for Pole Position will be on the minds of many of the teams in both GT3 and TCC class as they eagerly await the results on Friday. With the race just around the corner the guys at HCR have been working hard to ensure a strong showing for the team in the TCC class. HCR will field 9 drivers in 4 teams using 2 cars.


First up is #494 HCR Scuderia in their Seat Leon. The team are looking to continue their fight for this years championship against LMR Red Dragon (GT3 Class) Both teams have 2 class wins from 2 races but sadly wont have the head to head battle many want to see at this round either. HCR Mad Dog fronts the line up as the only driver still in the car after the Le Mans 24hrs. He is joined by Nightmare and series debutant Solar Flar3. The car has shown great pace in testing with all three drivers hitting the top times within the HCR test sessions.


Next we have #1 HCR Yamagura in their Honda Civic. The current series champions have had a mediocre season. Only managing 5th at Sebring and 4th at Le Mans after a long time in the garage. This has left the team needing wins if they are to defend their crown. The drivers know the huge task that lies ahead as they will undoubtedly have to go up against HCR Scuderia at least if they are to secure a repeat of last years success at this round. Drivers HCR Mystic and HCR Bellmond will once again pilot the Civic for the 12 hours.


3rd up is #680 HCR Traxxas in their Honda Civic. The team had a disaster at Sebring after their Ferrari 458 Italia was plagued with electrical issues. After this the decision was taken to miss Le Mans with a planned return for Silverstone. Joining Scuderia and Yamagura in the TCC class these guys have been right up with the top times over a single lap and look to ensure the car is just as fast over a full stint. Drivers HCR Super T and TJSteel hope to take the car right to the chequered flag.

Finally we have a new addition to the usual HCR line ups #626 HCR Castrol in their Honda Civic. This new team features our newest addition Freheliaz and our trial driver blackviper162. The team was put together only days ago, the paint on the car is still wet and it has yet to hit the circuit. Hopefully this wont hold the team back.
