Re: welcome to the TCR GRX
Initial tests were interesting. After a few tries and many fails, the final settings have been sorted, and a replay of how it looks is on my Storefront.
Yes, Grip Handicaps and Joker Laps WILL come into play.

Re: welcome to the TCR GRX
I know it's early days but after this has finished, would it be possible to have a Time Attack series? Any car (except full on race cars like GT3, LMP, Super GT etc). Just a thought...

-Joker Laps WILL be used in Qualifying

The Grid will be formed THREE abreast. Pole Sitter will choose inside or outside, then second place will line up directly next to him, then third directly next to second, and fourth will then line up behind first, fifth behind second, and so on.

Yes, as in real Global Rally Cross, the Joker is a "shortcut", and all of the FM4 Jokers are longer versions, so...
Re: welcome to the TCR GRX
oh, I thought the joker was the longer version :s

The joker can be longer but is more often a short cut
Re: welcome to the TCR GRX
To keep things interesting, various amounts of grip reduction will be used throughout the series. And if thats not enough, the amounts may vary between qualifying and all three races in the same meeting.
Re: welcome to the TCR GRX
I been having a bit of a YouTube session today and being a massive fan of RallyCross in the 80's and 90's, in particular the Division 2 days when the Group B Rally cars found a new home and it felt like every Scandinavian was born with a right foot made of lead. I was a Martin Schanche fan and to celebrate how good he was, i have popped up a clip where he wasnt racing, lol. It was a good 'A Final' though, especially as Olle Arnesson was his usual self, that man must have kept the Audi body panels department in business through the 1980's.
Commentary from the god like creature himself, Sir Murray Walker and check out the safety precautions on the final lap of the 'A Final' on the Start Finish line.

Re: welcome to the TCR GRX
Just so everyone knows TCR GRX will be the first Event on FM4 to have Stewarding Full backing dont worry we have taken everything into account with the 50% reduction on grip and we will all have open minds about any Si's put in

Re: welcome to the TCR GRX
Just tested the 50% grip reduction and its a bit excessive to be honest. Is the grip reduction being applied to both front and rear?
