think theres got to be a level of trust involved! we should all be decent enough not to do it, I know people will run wide pushing for a lap but theres running a bit wide and then taking the piss we should all know the differance

yet I know what u mean bud..I'm just saying I won't be one of them using the excessive parts I'm racing to have fun with friendsTJSteel wrote:jonnotheone wrote:nor am I a steward (well not anymore)I just thought I'd ask as personally taking all four wheels of the tarmac is exceeding limit's in my eyes..but if people have to use the bug/glitch to go faster than everyone else then that's up to them only spoiling it for themselves..
I'm not stating that using a bug and exceeding the limits is a good thing to do but not sure which other option is really there at the minute

totally agree super a level of trust is a good thing and I'm no way saying everyone can't b trusted I'm just hoping all the old an new guys have a good level of sportsmanship to respect track rules.HCR Super T wrote:think theres got to be a level of trust involved! we should all be decent enough not to do it, I know people will run wide pushing for a lap but theres running a bit wide and then taking the piss we should all know the differance

Re: TORA Avon Tyres British GT Championship: General Discussion
TORA regs States two tires inside the lines.
Do I think it's Right, no. Does every track confirm to that, no.
So within reason like y'all said, there's a clear difference from just going over and exceeding limits.
As for this bug, never heard of it.

That on PC?
Still don't see what issue it's addressing, though I personally feel the in game penalty system is way overkill.
The LB issue im aware of is drivers sucking into the pits full throttle and when the AI take over, they automatically cross the line.

Any patches/updates will be across all 3 platforms - they're all on v1.3 at the moment and will receive v1.4 shortly (patches are tested first on PC as console patches have to be certified).
I don't know if anyone's thought of this, but how will the race replays be saved and shared for creating the TORA TV coverage - there's no way to gift or share replays, or change the car being viewed in replays...

Didn't realise someone was attempting coverage on this...
Since the race format allows for us to take a warm up before being staged, a spare person or media guy can back out and spectate. Record from there or stream live via twitch.

Re: TORA Avon Tyres British GT Championship: General Discussion
The only way I know of to be able to stream is by the streamer joining the race and retiring before it starts this puts the player back in the pits and enables spectator mode..if we go by tora race regs there will be a out lap to set the grid so I couldn't see this being a problem a burden to do but not imposible..

I may not be able to race all meets due to potential home commitments, so I'd be more than happy to retire to pits and stream race for you

Already suggested this, and it won't work unless they allow in race penalties

Yeah streamings is unfortunately not happening until the game allows for it without DQing yourself.

Re: TORA Avon Tyres British GT Championship: General Discussion
Strange. I know that you can only set lap times in the hot lap section but not in free practice for example. Why should something stop working when you download a car pack? This is very strange. Let's see maybe it's just a server issue or something like thatHCR Super T wrote:Chiraq OTF wrote:what's the issue?HCR Super T wrote:Is anyone else having problems with lap times saving to the leaderboards??

Ive had the same problem since the starts of the game and it does it for both TT and Community events, it just takes me a few times for it to exit without freezing

Re: TORA Avon Tyres British GT Championship: General Discussion
Just a question.
Each round ive noticed that you have given a general idea of tracks for the GT championship, I.E. oulton park, theres 3 different tracks, fosters, international and island.
Can you be a bit more specific for each of the tracks as to which one will be used, I appologise if i have missed it somewhere else on the forums and would appreciate a point in the right direction.
