Sorry, had to laugh at that jonno. That is a "community feature" you mentioned and as we all know Turn 10 have removed all of the sensible and useful features that the racing league community used / liked / needed / wanted.......

I'd completely forgotten about the AMD Ford tweet! Very well remembered.
Thinking about it, I guess we better expect to see Monza announced in the future too as MS people were mentioned as being on site prior to FM5's release. That came from Monza's own site I believe which fueled rumours it was going to be DLC for 5.
If we get all the V8's I'll be very very happy! Been wanting to try that Merc out for a while. Just need Adelaide and Phillip Island and I'll be a very happy guy indeed.

At this point in the reveals for FM5 I had already decided not to get it. I'm pretty stoked for FM6 though. I like a lot of what I see, even though there's a few features we won't be getting back, like gifting and the SF. Hopefully the new sharing system works out and, most importantly, the multi-player works well. With PCars being a bit of a disappointment, I'm SO looking forward to Forza!

yeah! the one we got in FM5 was circa 2007, so for them to say it was re-done was a farce. they added a chicane past turn 3/4 to the right and re-did the portion to the left of turn 11/12 after 2007.

In terms of tin-top racing then we potentially have;

BTCC:
Toyota Avensis x 3 liveries
Audi A3 x1 livery (won't take much to do a Nic Hamilton replica though!

WTCC:
Honda Civic x 2 liveries

STCC:
Volvo x 1 livery

V8 Supercars?
Got to assume the Holden and Ford from FM5 will appear. The Merc and Volvo have appeared also in menu shots etc so it's looking good for our antipodean friends Smile

NASCAR?
