Re: TORA US American Iron Lap Times
Low 2:19s at Sebring for me, but will admit that is not my strongest track. I feel I'll do better on some of the lower speed circuits.
Re: TORA US American Iron Lap Times
Currently low 23's in the Nova. I'm sure there's much more there, just haven't found it yet. Regardless, you know me, Ima gonna race it anyways!! Always did like being an underdog.......
Re: TORA US American Iron Lap Times
Mid 2.18's with stock gearing still trying to dial this thing in. She's a little ornery

Re: TORA US American Iron Lap Times
Tubbi Top Tip:
alignment front and rear 2.5
tyre pressures not above 30
accel diff not below 50%
Never deck the springs in an american muscle car
anti roll very very hard, just a few stops back from the hardest, make up for this with the springs but never softer than half way.
no toe needed
no front aero needed on any of the cars.
Get the build right, ALL of the cars can hit near minimum weight with 445hp ish.
to dial out understeer oversteer get the rebound dead center then move the front set harder but move the rear set softer in equal amounts, it really works.
Never fit clutches or lightened fly wheels unless its just to chew up a bit of PI, it does nothing for the car at all.
I'm running standard boxes in all of the cars i've tuned for this series.
Good luck, let me know if this helps, I carved nearly 1.5 secs off a previous time in standard setup using these simple rules.

Re: TORA US American Iron Lap Times
I disagree with most of that. I ran a 2:14.7 in the Impala and low 2:15s/ near 14s in 3 other cars with 31.0 psi all around, less than 1.5 camber in the front and less than 1.0 in the rear, relatively soft springs, loads of rear toe, and max front aero. I don't see how stiffening front rebound and softening rear dials out understeer, either. That would only make it worse.
Also, some cars don't get near minimum weight with nearly that much power. Even some that do are terrible on the straights for some reason I can't figure out.
Another useful tip is to check out street gearboxes instead of stock. They drop the PI on a few of the cars.

^ and ^^...
There you have it, tuning tips from two of the best tuners in the world of Forza.
My suggestion is try out both of their tuning packages and go with what gives you the best performance.
Thanks again to you both, Tubbi and Harmonic

I did around a 1:32.4 in the Impala when I first tested a while back. I'm guessing it'll hit a 31.9.
