Everything looks solid apart from maybe the bump is a tad high.

Yeah that does look like a solid tune. Ill run it sometime and give you feedback on it. If it feels good then I'll try and help you guys out with racing tips and such

Drove a 8:18,5 with your tune today. With my tune i got a 8:16,0 some days ago. I can share it if you are interested.

Yeah no, I was struggling  a bit, came off a few times during the two lap session I did. I feel like I could get it under 9mins, so I'll see what I can do this week. I'm also not really surprised either considering i was a fair way off the pace at Spa

Update from the Reddit Racing team:

Floodman11 hit an 8:28 with about 1/5 downforce. I was able to hit 8:30 with room to improve.

8:16.9 in the Vette. Did an 8:13.5 in the Viper, so we had to take the brakes off. I'm doing full front, no rear aero.

8:59 absolute best I can get in the Civic. 7 seconds of pace atm!

I'm sure you were joking but since the question was asked...lets do rough math (i know pit stops etc arent factored in, but it doesnt effect the purpose of this exercise so get over it)

Lets say you get 9 minute laps during the race... 100 minutes (stint) divided by 9 minutes equals 11.11 laps. 12 stints times 11.11 laps equals 133.32 laps over the entire race

Now another team does 8:53 (7seconds faster)... 100 minutes divided by 8 minutes 53 seconds equals roughly 11.26 laps. 12 stints times 11.26 laps equals 135.12 laps over entire race.... Which is 1.8 laps more...

So it only takes one accident or missed stint or any event that causes a loss of 1.81 laps and suddenly the slower team is ahead.

That's the point of endurance racing

I can do a 54 in the Civic with a basic tune. It's got wicked acceleration but in terms of a 24 hours race with night and wet stints, the torque steer is a nightmare.

i tried the benz but only manged a rather poor 9.30 but that was even with traction turned off but i think if i took off some downforce off i think i could get that time down but i am struggling in the vette as i havent been able to do a clean lap in that car and i have run the spa set up on it and it is solid but i think i would be doing late 8.50s to low 8.30s.

i can get the honda to do a sub 8.50s but like chris said. itl be a handful in the rain

I was more thinking that there will be limited racing. I want to race, not just pootle about getting the distance incase someone has an issue. I drive enough in test drive. It's a sad fact that the field has spread out recently with the lack of sign ups.

It's been the end of a long year and maybe we've put this race slightly too late in the calendar, combined with other events, other games out this year, and the nature of the beast here it is understandable.

^^ What James has said im like 20% chance going to Race just for the Fact the game i've been waiting for all Year is out in 6 days hahaha.
