Project CARS 2 Future Events

Hey all any plans for possible future series using PCars2 for XB1?

It would be silly not too wouldn't it?

I mean, everyone's been playing Forza which I don't understand why. Hopefully TORA can transition itself to PCars2 once it comes out.

Because the site's audience is primarily Forza. PCars1 had so many issues at launch it turned away many (including myself) after a short time. I tried it again the other night and the FFB was so out of whack I didn't know what to think.

Plan on there being a few PCars events in the not-so-distant future

Why? Because Pcars pretty much sucked.

There's some more longterm plans which I can't talk about just yet but suffice to say there is definitely stuff coming fro PC2 on launch.

This is great news, when you say launch do you on launch day or days to follow? Sure everyone is hyped for this game and some early practice and feel for the game would be great.

This is a new game. Hopfully the issues are resolved. I'd love to see some GT Endurance Racing. Even more features in pCar 2 now. Great Day to Night 24 hr events. I think you guys should look in to.

How about a member poll as to what series we want to run, or maybe an open night just to get a feel for the new game. Or maybe just a hint as to what TORA may be planning?

Just to say Pcars2 in my opinion is much improved from what I've played.
There does seem to be issues with online multiplayer at the moment however....now whether this issue is looked at in the very near future remains to be seen or maybe just an isolated incident but overall I'm pretty impressed so far.

Yeah it's definitely improved. To be honest so far I've had luck with multiplayer. It's been running incredibly smooth with no tracks, car, or environment glitches whatsoever.

Only issues or glitches I've spotted so far have been in the main menu, but man I've been having fun with these GTE/GT3 cars! So far so good on my end!

Yeah nothing major a bit of lag issues for some of the guys in the lobby.
We were running the ginetta juniors and every so often I would get a glitch in the rear view mirror where you good see the car but just a white background

I'm sure once updates start being released this game will be insanely good. I mean, we saw it with PC1. PC1 went from the most unplayable game in the world to one in which imo became the best driving game I've played in years. But I'm looking forward to these future events. It will only get better from here I think.

Just feels more immersive than Forza I think (and I've said this before) if they had a livery editor it would make this game very hard to beat

Definitely agree with youe points the game is amazing, ive been sticking to career mode as had some poor luck joining lobbies. From what i did play online I really enjoyed it, its good to see you can flip your car too with wasn't intentional just from not checking mirrors.
Looking forward to some online races so if anyone can send invites when their on i'll happily join 😊
