Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
During the race yesterday I was bumped down to the back of the grid, it wasn't made clear to me why this was. I am rather peed off at the treatment of situations like this, common TORA, communicate! Hasn't my constant nagging got the message to you?
So, to the point, what did I do wrong? I was told i could qualify, so why was i not allowed to start on my proper grid position?

Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
Mate, you specified you were running the Aston Martin and decided to change without notifying the relevant people prior to the race proper. for a start you didnt post you were racing the Vauxhall in the car selection thread.
Im afraid it was your mistake Nicky, no one elses and the outcome was fair and would apply to any other member who had done the same as you. deal with it and move on.

Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
Okay, well now I know!
AJ certainly didn't tell me when we were testing before hand, he said:
''Oh Nicky, i thought you were running the Aston''
Communication. Its a fantastic thing, TORA should learn to use it.

Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
QUESTION!
Seeing as the third Gulf Austins driver hasnt been around since the opener at Sebring, i was wondering if it would be possible if i could, lack of a better term, "take the keys" of adam20692's C6 Z06 Vette? i did a few 5-lap test runs around the remaining tracks on the schedule, and i feel ALOT more comfortable in the Vette than i am in the GT

Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
i was speaking to adam a few minutes ago and he's interested in racing still he missed laguna because he was racing at Silverstone and he's racing at Oulton next weekend so i'd speak to him first because he also said he'd fancy running either a Ford or a Koenigsegg

Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
i sent adam a pm last night b4 i posted my question last night. i made sure adam knew my intentions, and he's up for the car swap. just g2 see if its 'legal' to do so, and hopefulyl w/o point deductions, as we're still going to use the car(s) that were chosen at the beginning on the series. just different drivers behind the wheel

Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
So, any of the LMS stewards going to weigh in on 2 of the Gulf Austins teammates swapping their cars? Myself to adam20692's Vette, and adam going to the Ford GT

Are we going to be doing the full hour and half at Road America, or just an hour and a quarter again?

Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
As long as the LMP1's don't lap Road America in less than 1.12.xxx then we should be okay for a full 90 minute race (if my maths are right? )
Haven't seen any LMP1 times for this yet but I guess it would be one helluva lap to go under 1.12.xxx at Road America

Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
Are we doing the Test at Test Track? It says so on the LMS page, but I haven't seen sign-ups yet.
Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
For the Sept. 13 (Date?) LMS race, would it go against the rules to run a 9/11 scheme with the TORA stickers? It doesn't really look like a "race" scheme, but its a big deal to most people and its only for one race and possibly one TCC race.
Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
Umm? Response? Ill be pretty ticked off if it gets used against me on race day.
Re: Rulebook Clarification and FAQ
I gonna take control of this and say yes its fine to run a 9/11 scheme aslong as you have the window banner, and racing stickers on the car
