Just saying that the guys who don't necessarily have the time to tune for hours on end usually end up with a car that's fast in a straight line or one that's quick through the corners & it makes for interesting racing...

I think I might be running this series. I was trying to get out of racing both days on the weekend, but the car list looks very good barring any last minute rule changes. There are 4 cars or more that I would like to run, too bad the signup just has first and second choices....

Do we know what colour the numberboards are going to be yet?

We have a colour in mind, but are open to suggestions...

Red/orange would suit my colour scheme down to the ground though

Orange would fit well with the Gulf colors on the Vantage myself, dan & stonewall will b running

or, if we're being obscure, how about a 'negative' numberbox. instead of a white box, its black, and instead of, say a red inner-box, its Light Blue (which in MS-Paint, inverting red becomes a light blue)

right i have registered and now waiting a reply i hope its ok im trying to do my best but as this is my first race i dont expect it to be perfect

I would suggest adding people on xbl so you can have a few practice races and get used to how we do things.

yeah good idea i added you i shall add others aswell because i wanna get to know everyones driving styles so i can adapt to it aswell

Im not on Gold at the moment but I'm sure some of the other guys like Magictap, WWR Aero, Selective Rogue, AJ, Jenson, lfcnicklfc, DMR Switch and so on would be good to race with you. The list is endless really so just add as many as you can!

ok thanks for the advice and i will do so in a bit and hopefully arrange a meeting or something for practice! oh quick question...how long does it take for the guys to get back to you for the application?

For the GT4's the closing date isn't until the 31st July so the entry list will be released within 24 hours of that date.

yeah i know but what im saying is when do they send you an email back saying you are registered for the race or dont they and how and when do i send a profile pic to them?

Oh I get u now sorry. Om not sure how long that taked if I'm honest. I would imagine its down to volume of work at the time. Can any staff clarify?

If your application is successful, your; team entry/privateer entry/car change/driver change/sponsor change, will be added to the respective championship Entry list.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will contact you via the email address that you submitted in your membership application with the reasons why your application has been unsuccessful.

Are you guys going to race 1 car or something? If you two will be forming a team he needs to apply for a membership number and etc. and you have to make a team the same way you fill out a privateer entry.
