Does the Arena Circuit at Silverstone have the new Wing built? Or have they ignored it like F1 2010?

Yes a few randoms and one friend I've raced against. No comparison, I just thought I sucked these guys couldn't race Silverstome or Laguna and I am truly awful. Nearly lapped them in 3 laps on Laguna. I would feel comfortable racing with someone in a corner but the straights? I do no feel comfortable from corner exit to initial brake at all. It's that bad but then the cornering is fine

No clue what you mean by the new wing. The GP of Silverstone did have a different section that was quite rough and bumpy. I can video it the Arena if you want?

The Silverstone Wing is the new pit complex being built between Club corner and Abbey.

No problem, I will get on that. Sorry for my long winded reviews as I've went. Just explaining it bc I think some will think they wasted their money by not being patient with it and others think it may be good

Sti WRX with full weight reduction and body kit at the top of C class (PI wise). I'm getting better, still haven't really slept. My dog cut his pad wide open and I'm up every time he moves so I have about an hour of decent sleep. Game is still growing on me even more. This is back in after 2 hours of Forza and the first two laps in after loading the disc so hopefully that helps you guys. I've also had quite a few drinks so my driving is a little off but still better than earlier. It's taking YouTube forever.

Thanks man, I appreciate it. He will be fine, the little dude is my buddy so it bothers me. Lord knows I couldn't have have hurt children. I feel bad enough that I can't explain to my dog he'll be okay in a few days. Keeps coming up wimpering and laying his bad paw on my leg like "fix it" your good for feeding me and throwing a frisbee.

handling looks much improved around corners. But it has that annoying wiggle that Shift 1 first had and took 4 patches to fix!!!!

Last comment before a few hours of attempted shut eye. That wiggle isn't annoying, it's downright game killing. Really hard to set myself for the corner when my car does that for a 1/4 mile and I'm fighting it.

thanks for the vid. Circuit seems to be a odd mix of old Silverstone and new. The current Pit straight still has the grandstands quite close to the track on the left, not moved further back a la 2010.
They've done the same as F1 2010 and put in the new pit lane and reprofiled Club but not the Wing. Guess they didn't want to put it in unfinished...

Thanks for the controller settings. Made a huge difference.
So far...liking the game. It is way different than Forza...in some ways good and others bad. Who ever made the comparison bout forza is like controlling the car and this is like controlling the driver was spot on. If you keep that in mind while driving it makes it a ton easier and a LOT more fun. At least it did for me.

You will like it bob. It's garbage for the first bit until you get adapted and then its quite fun. I did some more racing with a friend and it was really fun. Still a little uncontrollable but it was fun. When you bump it's not like Forza where you get punted 3 miles on the slightest tap. Better collision physics by far

Yes...once you progress thru the career it gets much easier. And I would strongly recommend going thru each event/class in order. You progress as a driver and get a better feel for the cars. And the cars get WAY easier to manage. I am at lvl 14 and entered into a retro road series and it is seriously fun. The cars look awesome and they have great handling. I am much more impressed on day 2.

what about the game killing wiggle PacMan?

He's on a controller Magic. I've gotten a little more of it out. It's almost like the car doesn't wiggle but the wheels force feedback floats back and forth. Then the car starts. I drive it like a boat, just let it wobble under control. Just sucks when it's wobbled 5-10 degrees to the right and youve got a left-hander. Then I miss my angle of attack on the apex and you take a bad line

Yes, I'm using the controller. So no wiggle.

I've asked for a patch. So have 2500 other people up in arms on their forums.
