Re: The Rules for the 12 Hours of Sebring
3rd stint started well until the misses bought in freshly baked garlic bread for me, then placed it just out of reach!!!! DOH!!!!
Managed to grab some pieces without incident until about half hour in and with only two bits left to eat!!
30% front and 25% right and left aero damaged....that devilish garlic bread has a lot to answer for....so, nothing left for it but to drown my very larger glass of wine and get into the zone....this worked well until much later towards the end when the PIZZA conversations kept coming at me ;O( went off at least twice thinking about Dominos but thankfully no damage.
Unlucky General. That sucks after great pit work.
Good luck Micko, its all down to you now, somehow we are back in the lead!!

Re: The Rules for the 12 Hours of Sebring
Had an awesome race. Thanks to the organisers, great idea running side by side with real life, great fun!
How I managed to last 6 hours without damage is beyond me!!
Highlight of the night: garlic bread incident. Hilarious :p

Re: The Rules for the 12 Hours of Sebring
im glad thats over.
i stalled it on the line at the Start, spent the first 90 minutes catching Conner, only to stretch the fuel one lap TOO far on the 2nd fuel run, it started sputtering as i was trying to lap Worm, and he had came back around as i was puttering out by the entrance to turn 17, and gave me a little boost to get me into the pits. But, i wrecked the car again, and had to deal with full aero damage again for about the last hour.
..i guess prototypes arent my thing.

Re: The Rules for the 12 Hours of Sebring
I didn't know the little bump help was going to hurt anything. Sorry for that, just figured you'd been out an hour and a half and I wasn't going to just let you sit there. Our team was out of it so I didn't mind giving up the little extra distance
Re: The Rules for the 12 Hours of Sebring
not to worry worm. i had already ruined my shot of beating conner (though with Chris' results put me ahead of him anyways) by stretching the fuel too far. i had fun chasing him down though

Re: The Rules for the 12 Hours of Sebring
I had great fun...and what a challenge! Thank you PDILLY for the invite!
Managed a clean 4th stint...no self induced damage or lag spikes this time around. I was behind SIT when he stalled it and got put about 900 ft back right off the start, but managed to catch up to worm and pass him after he caught up to lap traffic. From there on it was smooth sailing. Congrats to all the drivers for participating...that alone deserves a round of applause!
I am quite impressed at how everyone here at TORA runs things. My thanks to all of you!
I think I might be seeing more of you in some up coming series...

Re: The Rules for the 12 Hours of Sebring
Many congratulations not only to our winners from each class but to everyone who took part in this epic race!
Sorry I wasn't able to finish but I didn't see the point once Johnny had also lagged out of the race.

Does TORA run a similar race for the 24 hours of Le Mans?
