Not being funny, but doesn't that then make the old "average" cars the new "slow" cars?!? I would say I'm currently in an "average" car, but if you suddenly boost the slower cars so they're on pace with the "fast" cars, I'm suddenly in a "slow" car.

well yes, but at least they wont be a few seconds off. If we could get in under a second and less i am thinking happy days, because What people have to remember is every car has its strong tracks. The average cars will be the power cars that dont have the grip, were you go to sebring that will be there strong track

The Lambo and the Ford are a low PI because they were so much quicker than everythink else at a higher pi, however yes like Worm said we are open to changes upon data submission Smile

Thanks all

Fine with everything but the Gallardo and Ferrari's. The Ferrari's could go to 620 and I wouldn't have an issue. The Gallardo at 605 though and there is a car switch on the horizon

I disagree with the GT500 and TVR needs upgrading. Both me and Duncan find them super-quick. The Ford I always believed to be too low of a PI but Worm disagreed, and I'm impartial to the Ferraris.

Also bear in mind that Catalunya isn't the whole season. I was quickest at Nurburgring with the Mustang at 5PI lower thanks it's current PI. If it goes up to 635 then it would be unbeatable in the right drivers hands.

Well at Nur I was 4 seconds slower than the nearest car to me last night and at Catalunya I am still way slower by. Although I guess that is to be expected as I am not the fastest driver but in the right car I am every bit as quick as you and duncan, faster some times.

Think I am missing something with my set up????

you say this though worm! Not being big headed but i am running that at my best Clean. Not many people will get it this fast! The porsche is still 3 tenths faster in my mind and the 370z is a tenth aswell. They aren't as fast as the porsche because you can change the build a lot. The reason i have got them at 625 is so you can have a little play around with the build, like put the weight back in it and more power were you drop it 5 PI you wont be able to do this because you can't change the wait

I would love to see you do this! The GT500 isn't fast! I even run it round road atlanta and it isn't as fast as the M3 which is the fastest by a tenth!

I will go do a few laps and see what i can do, it may just be my tune.

But the car at 635 just feels so much better with the fhat tyres, and no disrespect to anyone that is in one, but I get the feeling it wont be a lobby A contender even at 635.

Also Duncan can you send me your tune? Smile

I don't mean this to be offensive in any way. A car that accelerates fast (the BMW/Ford) is going to suit someone who can't drive well because they can't take a corner and hit the required apex to maintain speed and exit as fast as a good driver. Therefore they are deemed better by that person because than can sort of get back up to the speed that they lost in the corner.

On your biggest point simon, isn't Ash the right driver?

You can be as big headed as you like Ash, I know you're fast and respect you as much as anyone else in the game. I think you've proven yourself in that area. We are all just voicing opinions.

all i have done is put a little bit of weight reduction. if you want the 5 pi taken out of the ferraris that means taking the weight out which then puts us back to square one. Not having much movability with the builds! The same goes for the lambo and all the cars i did, all i did was make them lighter and the GT500 and tvr a tad more power!
