This actually belongs in the nonexistent "ALMS/LMES 2013 Thread":

I read yesterday that BMW is switching from the M3 to Z4 for the LeMans based racing series.

I didn't personally find that tidbit threadworthy enough to start a LM 2013 thread for it, but I do know that some here would be interested. I am a little disapointed, but understand that the little Z4 has done quite well in GT3, and that the M Series is well represented in the DTM.
