Louis, just to let you know myself and Duke of Bruno have discovered over the last couple of nights that we are unable to connect to each other. we both have open NAT settings and both have gone through the steps where you open your NAT if its on Mod or Strict just in case, but are still unable to connect.

We may have made it worse too. The other day we were able to get into the same party together but not the same lobby. Now, we cannot even join the same party.
This is all really weird since we were both able to race in the same lobby for the N24.

Re: TORA ISCC General Discussion
hmmm. Is there anywhere you can raise an xbox live ticket specifying the issue and what you've done to try and resolve it. Never know they may come back and say those settings dont work anymore since the network updates!!

Re: TORA ISCC General Discussion
i dunno if you can do that but i will have a look, but in the mean time for qualifying if possible can you place us in different lobbies (prob will be anyway as we are different classes).
hopefully bruno will qualify higher than me and get in a higher lobby cus i think im going to be heading for the bottom lobby, i just cant get on with this track

Re: TORA ISCC General Discussion
Louis, being the busy hose head he is, is probably three sheets to the wind by now (or at least should be since it is his B-Day today). With that knowledge, I understandably accept the fact that we will not see a Round 2 thread posted today.
Assuming that Louis will have recovered from his hangover by Sunday and the race will proceed as scheduled, I will definitely be IN attendance for the spectacale that is to be 2012 TORA ISCC race at the 4.32 mile Camino Viejo de Montserrat Extreme circuit.
The single query that still remains a mystery to me is exactly which "time of day" will this grand event take place? With a bit of perusing I see that the options of early morning and sunset are available to us at that location.

Re: TORA ISCC General Discussion
The 'Morning' setting is similar to what we had in FM3, the 'Sunset' setting makes the track look 200x better if ya ask me

Re: TORA ISCC General Discussion
If i hadnt managed to change my work shift to saturdays, i would be pulling out of the ISCC due to the new rule change!
Stupid rule as i had NO benifit from starting at the back of LMPC, I cant help it, if i cant make the start due to work and now id be punished for putting another car on the LMPC grid???

This is how it is in the real world chaddy, this isn't a rule targeted at you
My explination for the reasoning of the rule change-
This was a rule i was going to push for the American season but with a couple of the LMPC competitors filing complaints (either through PM or public post) we made a decision after i confronted some of the staff members who all thought it was a great idea. So we decided now would be a good time to introduce the rule and not later as not changing the rule could upset those members who filed a complaint even more so than they already are.
Now chad i am sorry this does effect you negatively, however, you know people have been very verbal about this, not just recently but even as far back as when AJ was here.

Re: TORA ISCC General Discussion
It feels very much aimed at me as if i hadnt won Jenson would'nt have said anything.
The rule change is that we have to go straight in the pits after the formation lap thats losing us TONS of time. Why dont you just in force a rule were non qualy guys must start behind/ at back for the GTs and get them to pause in the pits for 10 secs? We have to A, keep the numbers up & and B, make drivers happy.
I knew every sunday race i would be late and i knew id start at the back of my class and knew id have it tough, even more so now that ive got no time for testing! I passed the other car in my lobby at Mugello very quickly and pushed like crazy. I even slowed right down to let the P1s pasted not to hold them up but cost me time which i fully execpted. I was amazed to see that id won and now ill never win my class if i work on sundays again due to this rule.

Re: TORA ISCC General Discussion
Just checked Chad, with the pit-stop it would have cost you 15-20 seconds and even with that you would have won at Mugello even with the new rule, don't think this new rule is completely fair if people generally can't make qualifying but will make the start of the race why penalise them for this?? It will make people who don't get the chance to qualify not want to race as they're being penalised for something out of their control!
A fairer rule would be to impose a 10 second penatly to each driver who starts from the pitlane which'd be a fairer and more alike to a real race where the drivers start at the end of the pitlane, just a thought

How do you police that though? The controls are automated right up until the end of the pitlane...
