I'm just gonna say it. Add the GT2 Vette and just get rid of the Aston. We all know the GT1 cars were put on the list just for the Vette anyway. The GT2 Aston will come so we can add it back in then.

I'd hate to see almost the entire car list pegged back with handicaps just to facilitate the one GT1 car.

Get rid of it, and give the GT2 cars full power!

Which is the official car list? There are cars in this list which aren't in the other list and vice versa. Also why is the Audi R8 classed as a GT2?

Some changes have been made to incorporate the unreleased Corvette ZR1 GT2.

The Audi R8 is allowed to be upgraded so that it is on par with it's GT2 counterparts, putting it into that power group.

Yea, these next couple of days the carlist is being altered slightly to include the new Corvette coming on Tuesday. The carlist in this thread is the correct carlsit up to now, and when the Corvette is testing and included, the PI, power and weight will be updated, and the main rulebook will be updated all at once.

it'll be difficult to balance all the classes but,all the cars will have their weak and strong points so the racing should be interesting Smile

Some of us are having concerns over having the Porsche in the series because not everyone will have the Porsche pack and thus will only see a black VW Bora, unless they release something to allow everyone to see the Porsches then it's worth considering removing the Porsche from the series.

I can only apologise to those who haven't got the Porsche pack however I think many people who be just as upset if there was no Porsche in the series.

Those who cannot afford the Porsche pack may like the news about prizes for the TORA Le Mans 24 Hours however. Might be worth checking that out.

The problem with the Porsche pack is that when you following the car and do not own it occasionyou could be at least 20ft behind and the game simulates a crash. The driver of the Porsche won't feel it at all but the other driver most definitely will. I wouldn't go against being taken out as a dlc owner as I would prefer not to have incidents which could cause this major issue to someones race.

I also have a question about the Audi R8 LMS, how can it get to 762 PI?
Best I could get it to was 760, a little extra HP can get it the 2 PI that is missing though.

Well as far as the porsche goes, I think most people will have it due to the vast majority of us being huge race fans. The ones who don't have it will be in the minority and we can test if that is the case, and what type of distance it needs to be. Its only the one car so it can be worked around.

A manufacturer as huge as Porsche can't be left out of sportcars type racing as more people will be disappointed if they were left out, especially in this type of community.

Those who can't afford it will be given 10 chances to win a free pack from TORA.

I can understand that, but there are those that wouldn't buy it out of principal.

Have to agree with Simon and Travis here, we will not be leaving Porsche out there are far more people I would of thought that want to race Porsches than not race them

I see why people wont buy the pack as well, and yes there should be a test car which is very off why the dont but Porsche will remain and be avilable in this series as well as ISCC America.

I was'nt going to get the pack, but if theres a chance of a stupid black VW bora taking me out and ruining my races, Id rather buy the pack just so Im not worrying very time a Porshe is around me.
