F4H didn't field a team at the 12hr of Sebring or any other Endurance events. So F4H is in the GTE-AM category according to you?

Hmmm....Well Me and my team entered in to the 12 hours of Sebring (which was our first event) This would put us into GTE-pro. Right? This is fine by us
But my only worry would be splitting up a class that from Sebring only had 10 teams in GT.
With also lots of teams maybe bunching up to form one team from two could slim the Grid down further.

So keeping the GTE class to a single class would make it more competitive and besides running with the top teams in TORA isnt that bad as long as your are consitant. Speed isnt everything in 24 hour racing.

Exactly, we won't be implementing a Pro and Am system at this late stage. Consistency and reliability is key to doing well in an Endurance race, speed is a side note to that.

Having a second GT class give people the option if they really want to separate themselves from the teams who are out to win overall in the GT class.

Me too, I'm very excited for this race. After Sebring this year I think a lot of us really 'got' these Endurance races and just want to do another one Smile

What about gt1 and gt2? Or gt pro and am and if we have gt am have the gt3 cars and the Porsche 911gt3 cup cars, cos they're really similar

We have been working on the classes and will announce them very soon.

Putting alot of work into balancing the classes as this track is a one off.

Car list is now released and official, registration opens tonight at 8pm UK time. Registration will remain open and you may choose your car and change it multiple times until the week beginning Monday 25th June when Qualification starts.

From then on all car choices will be locked and if you are determined to change your car during that week you will be starting from the pit lane during the first stint.

Because it is an older car and we decided to use the latest versions of the cars. Plus it was very quick and could be deemed as unfair.
