Yes they did so we have no idea what happened so looks like whoever was lobby host had a human error moment of which is know 1 fault

Here is the full story...

I had A lobby getting ready for stint 2. When I was on LT, the GT was spelled as Sball97 or so it appeared on my phone. So I sent invites to the wrong person, which I apologized for. However, I didn't know I was wrong because Sbali97 never contacted me until an hour after stint time had started.

Afterward I did speak to hawk and I said he could race in assuming he was replacing the current listed driver for stint 4. As its said in the rules but when both drivers showed up for stint 4, had talked to hawk again and explained to him that he can't have both drivers race. So he needed to choose which driver to race, and then tell them cuz there was a language barrier. After that Sbali97 left.

I'm sorry for the intial mix-up, but in the need he never contacted prior or even right after the stint start time. I even waited past the start time and then had to restart the lobby which caused it to start late. If he had message prior to or right after he would of raced... But an hour later was out of my control.

So that's the truth to what happened and Rollin knows as well cuz I kept him in the loop while doing team and timing chat

Sounds like an honest mistake to me Outlaw and I would agree that - without obligation - more assertive action on the invitee's part could have helped in this situation.

It was very unfortunate for the Hungarian team and I hope they realise that it really was a genuine misunderstanding. It would be a shame to lose their participation as the Forza Racing Hungary teams have become something of a feature in these endurance events.

Why wasn't the friend's list used again? Who cares how it is spelled. You go to the appropriate gamertag, and see friends, and then invite. No spelling required. I know Outlaw was doing the best he could, but in no way was this Sbali's fault unless he never sent a friends request like posted previously in red print.

He was on entry list, He was on LT correct name

sbali97 was in my friday qualifying session and i did find him via the TEC 2 list and he plus several other drivers not showing online , maybe this was the issue.

So....Lobby host error the virdict. Is there any way to amend for this or is this team just SOL. Very important to go over these things with the lobby hosts. This is one of those instances where you might lose a large group of people. Specifically, this team and any of their friends that they might bring to the site. All just my opinion of course, but a mistake like this has ruined this teams chance for compettition.

Absolutely agree. What happened was extremely unfortunate for the individual in question, but it seems that this was an isolated incident in which a procedural error occurred.

Retrospectively, these things are hard to account for and the only realistic course of action is an apology... possibly accompanied by a bag of Haribo.

I apologized to them for what happened, when I was looking through the TEC list I was looking for sball97 and not sbali97. I really am sorry for what happened.

But it wasn't completely my fault, and curious; could LT have been changed after cuz I told Rollin his GT was Sbali97 and not Sball97 when I reported in the miles??

The difference in SBali97 and Sball97 was why he didn't get invited? When looking through the friend list it should have been apparent whom to invite. Was he on the friend list?
