I'd like to see a poll of those that would like three hour stints, with one Yes or No question: Have you ever actually done a three hour stint?

hey guys, stupid question, but besides commentary have you thought of having like pre-race entertainment? because i know a few things that could work

Prerace entertainment for an online race? We used to have that in TCC when General Tso and BG Scarlett would "discuss" the differences between Britain and America.

yea, i know of a few things that may work, you'd be suprised and it'd make it awesome (if it works) but it's up to those in charge

I've done 4 & 6 hours and in my experience anything beyond 2.5hrs becomes un-enjoyable. **Especially at 3 in the morning when the Redbull & Monster starts wearing off** Sore eyes, back ache, numb fingers etc.

What worries me is the number of people having an input on the outcome of such a poll that won't actually turn up to the race. I think it should be a poll taken from persons who have competed in previous TORA 24hr events to prevent spurious results.

Hey guys, I'm gonna have a lobby open tonight (my night, BST evening and night) for anyone who wants to do some testing, I need it with the new car so I'll be on, it will be a custom race (public) called TORA Britcar test (if it fits).

Stints should not and will not be 3 hours. That's too long. You'll have more people dropping out and not committing to the stints. We don't want that. Yes people do double or triple stints but at least there's a small break in between!

hey, a question just poped up in practice, which pit exit do we use? left or right side?

The main one, use the old F1 exit. Keep within the white line, just like F1.

It also splits the boys from the old men. Blood clots and prostate issues come to mind.

Ok, officially (and will be updated in the rules) the stints for the TORA Britcar 24 Hours of Silverstone will remain at 1hr45min. There will be one mandatory pitstop in each stint, as some of the GT cars cannot make a full stint on fuel.

thanks to everyone who ran in the practice, was great to finally drive against others for a change, still can't get my time to break the 2 minute barrier :/ i guess i'll get there wil practice...
