Stewards Inquiry involving BloodYCaiN

Following investigation by the stewards, the following decision concerning BloodYCaiN has been made.

A verdict of "No Action" has been given by the Stewards. The Stewards decided that it was a genuine mistake to fit the incorrect wheel rims. Although they are not the rims stated in the Tascar rules they were deemed not to give an advantage. This does not set a precedent of "no action" being taken in these circumstances and all drivers are reminded to read the rules thoroughly before entering any TORA championship.
